We pick up and drop off right at the historic Plymouth Town Wharf docks. When you arrive, look for the gangway ramp located directly across from Tavern on the Wharf (6 Town Wharf, Plymouth MA). Head down that ramp to the floating docks—our vessel will pull right up to the dock designated as “Charter Boats Only.”
-
There is ample public pay-to-park spaces on Water Street (next to Cabby Shack and the Lobster Hut) and around the Town Wharf. Please note, paid parking is enforced from 9:00am to 7:00pm. During peak summer weekends and sunset hours the lots can fill quickly, so please allow an extra 15-20 minutes before your scheduled departure time to secure a spot and walk down to the dock.

Layers are key: Even on a hot summer day, temperatures on Cape Cod Bay can drop significantly once the boat is underway or after sunset. We recommend bringing a light jacket, windbreaker, or sweatshirt.
Footwear: For your safety and to prevent the boat’s deck, please wear non-marking, rubber soled shoes (deck shoes, sneakers, or sandals). Please avoid black-soled shoes or high heels.
Sun Protection & Gear: Bring sunglasses, hats, sunscreen (no spray sunscreen please, as it creates a slipping hazard on fiberglass). You are welcome to bring snacks and drinks in a small cooler or bag. A large cooler with ice and bottled water will be provided.
Safety Equipment: The boat is fully equipped with U.S. Coast Guard approved Type-1 PFD’s (Lifejackets) for both adults and children. Children under 12 years old are required to wear a lifevest while underway. More comfortable Type-3 PFD’s will be available for them to wear while underway.

Guests aged 21 and over are welcome to bring their own alcoholic beverages (BYOB) to enjoy responsibly.
Approved: Beer, wine, seltzers, and canned cocktails.
Prohibited: Hard liquor, shots, “nips”, and glass bottles of any kind. If you bring a premium bottle of wine or champagne, please let the Captain know—he will happily uncork it and pour it into a plastic tumbler for you.
Safety Notice: For the safety of everyone on board, the Captain retains absolute maritime authority to cut off alcohol consumption or terminate a charter immediately without refund if any passenger becomes intoxicated or disorderly.
-
Safety is our absolute baseline. In compliance with federal maritime law and insurance requirements, every passenger (including juveniles with parent/guardian signature) must sign our electronic liability and safety waiver prior to boarding.
When you book your trip online, the waiver will be presented during checkout.
The primary charter guest is responsible for ensuring all members of their party have filled out and signed their digital form before arriving at the Town Wharf. No passenger will be permitted ot board without a completed waiver on file.
Paper waivers may be completed in exigent circumstances or for last minute additions.

The weather on Cape Cod Bay can change quickly. The Captain monitors marine forecasts constantly. If heavy rain, thunderstorms, high winds, or dangerous seas make it unsafe to go out, the Captain will make a “Go/No-Go” call at least two hours prior to your trip. Please monitor your phone for text updates. If we cancel due to weather, you can reschedule or receive a full refund.
-
You may cancel or reschedule your charter up to 72 hours prior to departure for a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours, or failure to show up at the dock, will be charged the full amount.
Weather cancellations are decided and made by the Captain at least 2 hours prior to departure. In the event of a weather cancellation, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a 100% full refund.

Points North is equipped with a plumbed “porta-potty” inside the console. It can be difficult to use for people with limited mobility. We ask that guests use the facilities at the Harbormaster’s Office prior to departure. We can always divert and return to shore for a bathroom break if needed.
